The solar plexus chakra has the greatest concentration of prana energy because so many nadis radiate from it. The solar plexus chakra brings the lightness of the sun, the power of light. When we stand in our power we attract energy and vitality.
The Solar Plexus Chakra- Infuse
A harmonised solar plexus chakra leads to the right balance between emotion and self-control. The fire element maintains high energy levels. This energy should be used for focus to achieve our goals. A strong, developed solar plexus chakra creates a strong personality and enough force to see things through to their conclusion.
The solar plexus can be seen as a battery. We get a certain amount of energy to power our beliefs, issues and past experiences. Out of this energy we also have to run our physical energy and intellectual mind. So if we don’t have enough energy where do we get more from? Other people? If so, we then play a specific power role to drain other people’s life force energy. The victim is the most well known. Other power roles can be the interrogator, manipulator, drama queen and the pessimist. All of these roles drain energy.
The solar plexus chakra is also known as the lower or carnal mind, which is the first kind of mind we created. This carnal mind works with power, power over someone or being over-powered. There is no balance in this energy. Most of the time these projections will also be negative in nature. The easiest way to see this energy in action is when we feel really amazing and someone tells us we look terrible- the person is manipulating us for light.
On a spiritual level the solar plexus chakra relates to personal power. This power charges the rest of the chakra system to drive us into action. If the solar plexus chakra energy is weak we will battle to move forward in life and will get stuck in one of the other chakras. The solar plexus chakra can be seen as the battery that fuels the rest of existence and perception.
